How onboarding works
Rekova is self-serve. Onboarding is:
- Create your Rekova account at app.getrekova.com.
- Connect Boulevard via the secure OAuth flow. Your appointments and client list sync immediately.
- Review the default follow-up, review, and rebooking templates. Edit anything you want. Approve them to go live.
The one piece of onboarding we handle for you is SMS carrier registration — the 10DLC process the wireless carriers require for business text messaging. We do that behind the scenes for every new customer.

- Rekova connects through Boulevard's API. During onboarding, you authenticate your Boulevard account once, and Rekova syncs your appointments, client list, and services automatically from that point forward. No CSV imports, no manual uploads.
